Cupping
Cupping therapy involves heating the air inside a glass cup. The cup is then quickly placed on the skin, and the resulting vacuum pulls the skin part of the way into the cup. The cup may be left in place for several minutes and then removed, leaving behind a bright red, circular marking.
A technique called "running cupping" can be performed to help mobilize lymphatic and blood circulation and ease muscle tension. It is very comparable to myofascial release.
Cupping of a certain smaller body part such as a forearm or knee will only take 15 minutes while cupping of a larger body part such as a full back will take 30 minutes to complete.

Testimonials
I Love Cupping
F.K.., male patient, October 2014
My last visit with Dr. Trudy was very relieving. She did cupping on my injured knee and I feel much better. I think, I'm going to do more cupping on my back & shoulder. It's all about making more blood circulation around joints. Sound very good to me.
